A: Your best bet is to call Cartier 1-800-227-8437 and find the nearest POS (Point of Sale) so they can repair it on site. If not they can direct you where to send it to be repaired.

    ugh! that stinks. seeing as though it is an expensive watch you should have some type of protection on that. You can also basically go to any jeweler and have it repaired. try the cartier website and see what they can do about it or just go to your local jeweler and see what they can do for you

A: The ideal place to get it fixed would be the store in which you purchased the watch. If this is not an option, they I would take it to a jewelery shop near where you live, most jewelers will repair jewelry even if it wasnt baught in their shop, but you will need to pay a fee.
