Shipping
Once payment is received and cleared estimated delivery date is within 1-6 business days depending on shipping method paid for and your location. We ship most of our packages via USPS mail service. We offer free USPS priority mail, USPS Express mail is an additional fee for all domestic packages. For your safety, all of our packages require signature confirmation and insured for full amount at no extra charge. "Guaranteed Next Day" delivery service is available with UPS or FedEx for an additional fee.
* USPS Express mail is overnight to most areas but not guaranteed, Free Priority mail takes up to 3-4 business day for delivery.
* If your payment is secure (high eBay feedback, Paypal confirmed & verified) you may receive your item within 1 business day of your payment.
* We only ship to confirmed PayPal address.
International orders usually takes 3-8 business day for delivery depending on international customs. International packages are sent via USPS mail service. FedEx and UPS Express service is available for an additional fee.

Returns
NYCJS offers a 100% risk free shopping experience. If the item does not meet your every expectation you may return it for full refund within 10 days of receipt, Shipping charges are non refundable, Any item priced above $1001.00will be subject to a 3% restocking fee which will be deducted from the total amount refunded. Items must be returned in the condition they were received in, If there is noticeable wear on returned item refunds may not be issued.
*Rings that have been slightly sized will be subject to an additional $150.00 restocking fee, In some cases rings that have been sized are not eligible for return.
NOTE: Any items priced below $1000.00 will not be subject to a restocking fee!

Clarity and Color
Most diamonds contain inclusions. Inclusions are natural birthmarks and considered nature's fingerprints on the diamond. A diamond's clarity is determined under 10 power magnification by a trained eye, taking into account the number, size, type, and location of the inclusions. The fewer the inclusions in a diamond, the more valuable it is.

The scale below shows the color range from colorless to a degree of yellow tint. Visible differences between one grade of color and the next grade are very subtle.

Your appraisal will include information about the 4 important characteristics of a diamond: clarity, cut, color, carat weight; Metal weight & Metal type along with appraised value. Appraisal will also include our official corporate seal making it an authentic document.
* Any diamond watch sold by NYCJS under $2,000 does not include appraisal. Appraisal for watches under $2,000 are available upon request, please contact us for more information.
