To protect your money and our merchandise we require every shipment to be insured. The cost of insurance will be included in the shipping charge. When a listing states free shipping, insurance will be included free of charge. International buyers will be responsible for any customs duties and taxes. Customs duties & taxes are beyond our control and are not included in our shipping charges. Buyer assumes full liability for any shipment addressed to a PO Box. Seller is not responsible for shipping service transit times.

RETURN POLICY: Exchanges or refunds are considered at seller's discretion only. If an exchange or refund is granted, we cannot refund the original shipping charge or selling fees, nor can we refund any costs you may incur when sending a shipment back to us. The item(s) must be returned packaged safely and securely in new, unused condition within 7 days via insured, trackable shipping. We cannot refund your money if an item being returned is damaged or lost en route to us by 3rd party carriers.
