In the event of a defect, replacement parts will be sent free of charge to rectify the problem. Any returned winders will carry a 20% restocking fee along with return shipping fees covered by the purchaser

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will replace it or refund the purchase price less restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless approved by our Customer Service department. (Refunds will not be given if th ebox has been opened.)
