Returns / Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that goods need to be returned to us, it is
imperative that a Return Policy is obtained first to enable us to
process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible.
A return policy only effective for 7 days starting from the day the customer received the watch.
The condition of a return policy:
1. The products is still factory sealed and unused.
2. All shipping and insurance charges are bear by customers.
3. A restocking fee of 25% applies to the product bought exclude any other fee.
4. All other fee associated to the sales of the product will not be entitle for refund.
5. The return of the products must be shipped by Fedex and a tracking
number must be provided to us within 3 working days once approved for
return.
Failure to meet the above return policy, we will consider the product
as sold. Losses arise from the agreed return terms will be fully bear
by customer. Any additional charges arise must be fully paid to us
before refunding is made.
