Rare and fabulous vintage
Chanel birdcage style drop earrings in goldtone and faux pearl. These incredible
Chanel earrings are part of a large consignment lot I have just received. The owner
is an avid bag and jewelry collector who has traveled the world and purchased many
high-end pieces at their flagship boutiques in Paris and in New York City throughout
the years. She has a fantastic collection of whimsical costume jewelry from top
designers, and this is probably my favourite of the lot! All of her items are gorgeous
and in beautiful condition, and all are absolutely 100% guaranteed authentic ~ please
bid with complete confidence.
These earrings are a clip style for either pierced OR non-pierced ears. They are
done in goldtone metal, with faux pearl accents. They dangle and make the prettiest
sound when you move! Inside the bird cage style "dome" of the earring
is a dangling signature CC logo, also in goldtone. The earrings are signed and feature
the Chanel markings on the earring backs. Made in France.
I believe these earrings date from the 1980s or early 1990s. They were part of the
Chanel "junk jewelry" costume collection and are very hard to come by.
The earrings are in excellent used condition, with no noticeable flaws or damage.
However, because they are vintage and pre-owned, please note that they are sold
as-is; I don't want to alter any of these consignment pieces in case this affects
the value of these original items. Please also note that I am not an expert in vintage
jewelry, so if there's any information I've omitted, or if I've made

These amazing Chanel earrings are a rare collector's item, and will make a wonderful
