Chronolux prefers payment by Bank Wire Transfer. For our customers in the UK and Ireland, we can accept payment by Bank Deposit, CHAPS, Money Order/ Bankers Draft or Personal Cheque. Bankers' Drafts will only be accepted subject to authorisation and verification by issuing bank. Personal cheques will be cleared before any goods are dispatched. There will be no exceptions in this matter.

 We are pleased to accept Paypal (Paypal verified accounts only) on all transactions up to £500 ($1000) which is the maximum level of buyer and seller protection provided by Paypal. For any transaction exceeding this value we can accept payment only using one of our preferred methods as described above.

 For our International customers, Chronolux can accept payment by International Bank Wire Transfer only.

 Chronolux does not accept payment using escrow services, please be aware that we will not respond to escrow enquiries.

 Chronolux respectfully advises our customers that we will not dispatch any watch until funds have been received and cleared in our bank account, which may result in a delay depending on clearing procedures, particularly when paying by cheque.

 Chronolux expects payment to be received within 5 days of purchase. We will report any practise which delays, hinders or otherwise obstucts what should be a smooth and pleasant transaction for both parties. We are not in business to leave negative feedback with other Ebayers, but if faced with unreasonable conduct we will be left with no alternative.

Chronolux will ship to customers in the UK and European Union using Royal Mail priority services.

 For our customers in Continental Europe and Worldwide, we also offer services from FedEx/DHL/UPS logistics. Costs vary on weight and insurance value. Please contact us to arrange shipment by dedicated courier service otherwise parcels will be sent by Royal Mail Airsure or similar standard international service. All items shipped by us will be trackable through to signed-for delivery. All items will be packed in protective packaging with care.

 Chronolux reserves the right to withdraw from a sale if we have concerns about aspects of a customers' payment or delivery requirements.

 Chronolux prices on ebay.co.uk are in GB£ (Sterling) and are inclusive of UK/EU VAT and therefore attract no further duties or tax to our customers within the European Union.

 We are happy to ship outside the EU but we will obviously not be held liable for excess duties or import taxes or associated delays incurred by customers at the point of entry in countries where these duties may apply.

 Chronolux will dispatch to the customer usually within 48 hours of funds actually clearing in our account. Depending on the speed of payment, Chronolux can complete a transaction from purchase to delivery in 4-5 days. Some methods of payment take longer to process than others.

 Warranty

 All of our watches are supplied in manufacturers original packaging and box(es) with all associated manuals, booklets or other documents. Most of our watches come complete with the manufacturers Authorised Dealer-stamped international warranties. All other watches are supplied with two-year Chronolux warranty, as well as the unstamped manufacturers warranty card/booklet.
