Returns: Daveswatches will accept returned merchandise for a refund in the original form of payment for 7 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise returned for a refund will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable and will be assessed on items which originally were shipped for free.
All merchandise to be returned or exchanged must be in new and unused condition. Merchandise cannot be accepted for return or exchange when the item purchased was worn, scratched, or sized. Please make sure the original manufacture’s packaging is intact; all manuals, booklets and warranty cards are included; and the "Not Returnable If Removed" label is still attached.
Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number on the shipping label or package (never write anything on the manufacturer's box). A Return Authorization Number can be obtained by calling Daveswatches, toll-free, at 800-951-9526.
Defective Merchandise: Defective watches can be returned, unworn, within 7 days of purchase for either a replacement or a full credit.
