Orders that are processed by 4pm are shipped out the same day. Orders that are processed after the 4pm cutoff will be shipped out the following business day.

We now offer free shipping on all items that are over $500 in value.

Payment Method:
If you are paying via PayPal: We will ship the item purchased to the address provided to us by PayPal. Please confirm the correct address is listed as the shipping address so there are no delays in processing your order

If you are paying via Credit Card: The credit card company will only allow us to ship your purchased item to either the billing address listed with your credit card or an alternate address listed as an approved shipping address with your credit card.

International bidders are responsible for their countries duties and import tax.

Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and an Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed with Ebay to recover the closing fees of the auction

Returns: Daveswatches will accept returned merchandise for a refund in the original form of payment for 7 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise returned for a refund will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable and will be assessed on items which originally were shipped for free.

All merchandise to be returned or exchanged must be in new and unused condition. Merchandise cannot be accepted for return or exchange when the item purchased was worn, scratched, or sized. Please make sure the original manufacture’s packaging is intact; all manuals, booklets and warranty cards are included; and the "Not Returnable If Removed" label is still attached.

Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number on the shipping label or package (never write anything on the manufacturer's box). A Return Authorization Number can be obtained by calling Daveswatches, toll-free, at 800-951-9526.

Defective Merchandise: Defective watches can be returned, unworn, within 7 days of purchase for either a replacement or a full credit.
