If for any reason you are not
satisfied with you purchase, you may return it within 14 days from
when it was shipped for a full refund. The amount refunded will be the
total cost of the watch minus any shipping charges. We do not refund
the cost of shipping the watch to you.
All returns made to
Jacobtime must include a copy of the invoice and must be returned
in the same condition as it was when received. They must include all
documents and tags that were included with the watch. Any watch
that has visible sign of wear, or are scratched in any way, or missing
any of the original packaging, will be returned to the customer at the
customers expense, and the refund will not be issued. In
addition to this, we do not accept returns on any watch that was
sized, whether by Jacobtime or by any other jeweler. Once the
return is approved, a refund will be issued to the credit card used in
the purchase, or if payment was made by check or money order, a check
will be issued.
When sending a watch back to us for return, please use a reliable
service that is insured. Insurance and tracking is optional but highly
recommended.
All returns must be filed
before 14 days; after that time, Jacobtime is no longer
responsible.
