All Winders are carry a 30 Day Warranty. This covers any manufacturer defect or faulty part. We are confident that you will receive a quality product which is the reason we warranty all of our products. Our warranty does not extend to those items identified as standard "wear and tear" items unless defective upon receipt. All sales are final. In the event of a defect, replacement parts will be sent free of charge to rectify the problem. Any returned chips will carry a 20% restocking fee along with return shipping fees covered by the purchaser
