We charge a FLAT rate for all of our shipments, UNLESS because of size and weight, the item needs to be picked up or shipped by freight (For EX, a Large TV). In this case, the high bidder is responsible for making their own shipping arrangements. For freighted deliveries, shipping dimensions and weights will be clearly stated in our advertisement. If items are not picked up or freight arrangements are not made within 7 days of winning your auction, you will be charged a $25.00 storage fee per item, per week! Items are shipped via FedEx only. We will only ship using our FedEx account number. PLEASE NOTE: We only ship to 48 continental states within the USA, sorry NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE! We do not ship to any other International locations or to APO/FPO, or P.O. Boxes (the lower 48 only). If you won an auction and you are from an International location, you will need to provide a physical US shipping address in order for us to ship your item. For local pickups, we charge a $5.00 pickup fee on weekdays (Mon-Fri 9am-4:30pm) and a $10.00 pickup fee on Saturdays (9:00am-1:00pm) PER ITEM. Please bring the appropriate packing materials with you. We do not supply any extra packing. PAYPAL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE AND CLEARED PRIOR TO LOCAL PICKUP AND WE WILL NOT HONOR A LOCAL PICKUP FOR ITEMS UNDER $50.00!! Please contact us ahead of time so we may suit your pickup needs to provide a no hassle pickup experience for you. A tracking number is automatically emailed upon FedEx pick-up to the paypal email address provided. If your item is returned to our warehouse by FedEx as a result of an incorrect provided shipping address, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipment charges for the item. FEDEX SHIPPING DAMAGE If your item arrives to you seemingly damaged in transit, please do not refuse the package, but rather inspect the unit cosmetically and functionally, and if shipping damage has occurred, please retain all packaging materials, as well as all items/accessories included in your auction. Please contact us via ebay to inform us of the damage. Once we are contacted by you, we will contact Fedex in order to begin a Damage Claim. We will schedule to have the item picked up at the recipient’s location. Once we receive the item back, we will complete the paperwork for the claim and contact you when the claim is completed. This process usually can take 7-15 days after we complete the paperwork. Please do not initiate a damage claim with Fedex; please wait for us to do so, as delays and complications may occur otherwise.
