Returns:
Because we are not the owner of most of the items we sell, we may not be familiar with or able to test every
possible function, accessory or feature. Please review the listing carefully before
bidding. Items may be returned for a refund only if
they were significantly not as described in the listing and
photos. To be eligible for a refund, you must:

3 days of receipt for a return
merchandise authorization (RMA), and
- Return the item to us, in exactly the same condition as you
received it, within 7 days after we issue the RMA.

returns after the 3-day time period, to enable us to pay our

- I want to bid on this item, but eBay says I'm blocked from
bidding. Why?
- To protect ourselves against fraudulent and non-paying bidders, we block bidders who:
- Have received 2 or more Unpaid Item strikes within the last 12 months, or
- Have 4 or more eBay Policy Violation reports within the last 6 months,
- Have a feedback score of -1 or lower, or
- Are currently winning or have bought 4 of our items in the last 10 days AND have a feedback score of 5 or lower.
We cannot make exceptions to the first three blocks.
However, we may be able to exempt you from the last block if
you wish to bid on a series of related items that we are
selling in separate listings (for example, several place
settings of china). To request this exemption, just call or
email our store.
- Your photos and description say you sold it already. Do you have others?
- Sorry for the confusion! "iSold It" is the name of our
company, not a reference to the status of the item. The
green and white iSold It tag appearing on our photos is a
watermark to discourage picture theft. Rest assured that if
you see the item still for sale on eBay, it is available for
purchase.
- Payment
- How do I check out?
- To pay for your purchase, do any of the following:
- click the Pay Now button in the listing after it ends, or
- select Pay Now in your My eBay screen, or
- click the Pay Now link in the email you received from us after the listing ended.
We use the Infopia shopping cart system to allow you to pay
for all your purchases at once. Your payment information is
secure.
- Will you send me an invoice for my purchase?
- After each of our listings closes, eBay will
automatically send an email to the winner. (At times, spam
guards may prevent that email from reaching you, so please
make sure your email filters are not blocking these messages
from eBay.) We do not send a separate invoice. Instead, to
get your total due, simply click the Pay Now link in the
listing or in the winning bidder notification email.
This will take you through our checkout system.
During
checkout, you can see all of the available shipping options
and the cost of each. Shipping on multiple items is
automatically combined when feasible. When you select the
shipping method you prefer, the system will show you your
total due.
- Can I use a PayPal or eBay coupon or gift certificate?

- What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept the following forms of payment:

Express, non-USPS money orders, or personal checks.
- How long do I have to pay after the listing ends?
- We must receive your payment within 7 days after the
listing ends. (Certain time sensitive items, such as event
tickets, may require faster payment; if so, this will be
noted in the item description.) If you mail a USPS Money
Order, we must receive it within this 7-day time period. If
you pay by PayPal eCheck, please allow 3-5 business days
after checkout for it to clear. Orders not paid within the
7-day time period will be cancelled and an Unpaid Item
Dispute will be filed with eBay.
- Do you charge sales tax?
- All in-state deliveries and pick-ups will be charged
8.25% Texas state and local sales tax during the checkout
process. Texas law requires us to charge sales tax on your
total purchase, including shipping & handling. If you are
exempt from paying Texas sales tax, OR you are having a
common carrier (e.g., a freight company) pick up your item
for delivery out of state, please contact our store before
checking out so that we can obtain the necessary
documentation from you and remove the sales tax.
- Why do you use Infopia Checkout instead of the standard eBay payment process?
- Infopia is one of the world's largest e-commerce software providers. The Infopia checkout system allows you to pay for all of your purchases from this store at once. It also enables us to accept credit cards in addition to PayPal and money orders. Finally, it is fully integrated with our store management software, enabling us to ship your order promptly.
Be assured that all personal and financial information you enter into the Infopia

- Can I just pay you directly through PayPal?
- To enable us to provide you with prompt shipping and great customer service, all payments must go through our checkout system. If you attempt to "Send Money" to us through your PayPal account, PayPal will simply redirect you to our checkout.
You can, however, pay with PayPal and use the information stored in your PayPal account to speed up your checkout--just click the "Pay with PayPal"

The shipping cost for fixed-price and eBay Store
listings includes insurance, if applicable. The shipping
cost for auction-style listings may be higher than that
shown in the listing, because insurance is based on the
final selling price, which is not known when we create
the listing.
- Why is the shipping cost higher than I expected?
- Our shipping fees are determined by the actual rates quoted by our carriers for the item's shipped size and weight and the shipping destination. Please note that both FedEx and USPS surcharge many packages based on their size (this is called "dimensional weighting"), sometimes causing the shipping cost to be higher than you might expect for the item's weight. Also, shipping costs have increased dramatically over the last few years due to the carriers' fuel surcharges.
Finally, because we want your purchase to arrive safely,
our fees include a nominal handling charge to cover the
cost of our professional packing services and the
all-new packaging material we use.
- Do you offer combined shipping?
- Our shopping cart system will automatically provide
a combined shipping and handling discount on
similarly-sized items where it's practical to pack them
together. (Some items that are very dissimilar in size -
say, an auto tire and a pair of snow skis - can't be
combined into one box safely.) Unfortunately, we cannot
provide quotes for combined shipping while the listing
is live.
- Does your price for Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service
include shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico?
- The "Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service" price shown at the top of the listing is valid for the 48 contiguous U.S. states only. Because actual shipping costs are
higher to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please use the
shipping calculator in each listing to get the delivery
costs to your ZIP code in those areas.
- Do you charge a handling fee?
- We want your item to arrive promptly and safely, so
our store professionals use first-quality packing
materials to pack each item with care. All shipping
quotes include a nominal handling fee to cover material
and packaging costs.
- Carriers and Shipping Methods
- What shipping carriers do you use?
- We ship domestically by FedEx Ground and FedEx Express. USPS Priority Mail may also be available on smaller items. International purchases will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail International to Canada and Express Mail International to other countries.
- Can I choose my shipping carrier?
- If there is more than one shipping carrier offered
for the item you purchase, you can select your
preference at checkout. We may substitute a carrier with
comparable or better service at no additional cost to
you.
- Can you ship my purchase to me using my own FedEx, UPS
or DHL account number?
- Unfortunately, we cannot ship to you on your own
account number.
- Can you ship my purchase by DHL or United Parcel Service (UPS)?
- No. The only shipping carriers we use are FedEx and the United States Postal Service.
- Do you offer overnight or express shipping options?
- Yes. Most items can be shipped by FedEx Express Standard Overnight (next business afternoon delivery) or FedEx Express 2 Day (second business day delivery). You can find the cost for these services by entering your zip code in the shipping calculator in the eBay listing. FedEx Express services may not be available to some rural delivery areas.
- My PayPal address is a P.O. Box, but the only
shipping method I see offered is FedEx Ground. How can I
have my item shipped by mail instead?
- If the listing did not offer USPS as a shipping
option, it is probably because the cost was much higher
due to the size and/or weight of the package. However,
it may be possible for us to offer you USPS shipping,
although potentially at an extra charge. Please call our
store at the phone number and extension shown below, and
we'll do whatever we can to accommodate your request.
How long will it take to receive my purchase?
- We ship most items within 1-2 business days of
receiving your payment. We'll send you an email with the
tracking information when we ship your purchase. Items
paid for by PayPal eCheck will be shipped after the
payment clears--usually 3 to 5 business days after
receipt. Items that require disassembly or special
packaging may require extra time.
FedEx Ground delivers
to most areas of the United States within 3-4 days after
shipment; USPS Priority Mail (domestic) typically takes
4-5 days from shipment. For international deliveries,
expect to receive your package within 4-9 business days
after shipment.
- Insurance and Signature Confirmation
- Can I purchase insurance on my item?
- Insurance is optional, but encouraged, on purchases under $100 that are shipped by USPS. FedEx automatically includes coverage for the first $100.
We require insurance on all items with a winning bid over $100.
Any fee for insurance will be added at checkout. If your purchase is under $100 and you want to decline insurance, simply clear the "Insurance" checkbox.
Insurance covers loss of your package in transit and most types of damage. However, while we always attempt to pack glass items with care,
insurance does not cover (and we cannot be
responsible for) breakage of plate glass during shipment.
- Will a signature be required upon delivery?
- For your security, we require an adult signature upon delivery for items with a winning bid over $250. This measure is to prevent
theft of a package left on your doorstep
when you're not home. Any adult present at the delivery
location can sign for the package. The driver cannot,
however, leave your package at a different address, nor
can you leave a signature waiver for the driver. If you
are not at home during the day, we suggest having your
purchase delivered to a business address where someone
is available during normal business hours. If that is
not possible, please call our store at the phone number
shown in the listing, and we will try to accommodate
your request.
- Shipping Addresses
- Can you ship to my Post Office box?
- For delivery to a post office box, select USPS
Priority Mail (if offered) as your shipping method.
FedEx cannot ship to post office boxes, so you must
provide a physical street address at checkout if you
select FedEx delivery. Failure to do so may delay
receipt of your shipment. If the only shipping method
offered on your item is FedEx, please call our store at
the phone number shown in the listing. Depending on the
item, we may be able to substitute USPS Priority Mail,
although there may be an additional cost.
- If I pay with a credit card, can you ship my purchase to an
address other than the billing address on my credit card?
- For your security and to reduce credit card fraud,
we usually ship only to the billing address on your
credit card. If this is impossible in your case--for
example, if you need to have your purchase shipped to
your place of employment so that you can sign for
it--please call us so that we can verify your shipping
address. If you have recently moved, be sure your
address is updated with your credit card issuer before
checking out.
- If I pay with PayPal, can you ship my purchase to an address
other than one on my PayPal account?
- For your security and to comply with PayPal's Seller
Protection policies, we can ship only to an address that
you have confirmed in your PayPal account. PayPal will
allow you to confirm multiple addresses per account--for
example, both your home and your business addresses. If
you have recently moved, be sure your address is updated
in PayPal before checking out.
- International Shipping
- Do you ship outside the United States?
- Yes. We can ship most items to any of the
190 countries where PayPal is accepted. (We do
not accept credit cards outside of PayPal for
international shipments.) International shipping may
not be available on some larger items due to postal
regulations. If international shipping is available,
the rates will be shown in the shipping calculator
in the listing. Canadian bidders must enter their
postal code to get rates to their address.
- Will I have to pay any import duties or other fees if I have my purchase shipped outside the United States?
- Possibly, depending on your country. Customs

imposed by your post office. These are not included
in our shipping fees (eBay does not permit us to do
so) and are your responsibility to pay upon delivery
