A: If you pay through PayPal, you order will be shipped to the address provided in your PayPal payment as your shipping address and no adjustments will be accepted after the payment is completed. A: You will receive an email notification. Usually, an item is shipped on the same or next business day after a payment is received and cleared.

Q: Is there package tracking information available?

A: All domestic packages are shipped with delivery confirmation. Since it does not allow tracking a status of the package that is en-route, but shows only USPS acceptance of the package and delivery time, you should contact the seller for delivery confirmation number only if you have not received your package in 7 business days after it was shipped.

All international packages are shipped without delivery confirmation. Packages with 5 or more items will be insured if insurance for shipping to your country is available.

A: Unfortunatelly, this option is not offered. You will receive the watch that you won.

Q: Is there a return policy?

A: If your item received defective/damaged, you have 14 days to return it back to the seller. Please, include a note with an item number and a reasond for return. On your request, a defective/damaged item will be either replaced with a new one (only the same model), or refund of its price will be issued (S&H is not refundable). Since we sell only brand new items, returned items with signs of usage will not be accepted.
