We check all of our watches to ensure that they are in perfect condition before sending them to our buyers.
Buyers who wish to request for refund must do so within 7 days upon the arrival of the watch. We will only refund if the buyer receives a watch that is damaged or not as described in the item's auction page. Only watches returned in original condition without any physical changes (scratches, shortening of bracelet, etc.) will be entitled to a refund. |
