A: No. The power characteristics, venting requirements, and dimensions are different.

The most common hearing aid battery sizes are 10, 13, 312 and 675.

Duracell indicates these are 1.4V. The 675 is 5.4 thick x 11.6 mm diam The 312 is 3.6 thick x 7.9 mm. The 13 is 5.4 x 7.9 . The 10 is 3.6 x 5.8 .

Not a good enough fit. Besides, the 377 is a lot more available than the hearing aid batteries.

    Unfortunally,hearing aid batteries comes in sizes different than wristwatches, do not even try it, or you can damage any part of the hearing aid attempting to install a wrong size batterie.
    ( A couple of dollars will save you hundreds )

Q: ok, here's the deal: i got a watch from wilson's leather about 4 years ago and the battery finally died. i dont have the little papers that tell me which battery i need, and when i opened up the watch and got the old battery out, it went flying away never to be found. at the store theres some energizer watch batteries that seem to be the right size, and they're all either 1.5v or 1.55v batteries (i cant imagine that it would matter which i get), but they have other numbers on them too, one says 377, one says 392, etc. what one do i need? or does it even matter? they're all the same price btw.

A: The sizes of the 377 and 392 are slightly different (one is a little taller). Get the shorter one.
