Q: My suitcase is open. I can close it, but the middle (combination lock section) seems like it wont be locked regardless of the numbers I turn to. What is the reason, and is there a way I can do a fresh reset to the number?

A: Press the button and with your finger pressing down, do a barrel roll. The combination will be reset to all 4's.

Q: I'm looking for a replacement trouser for my suit and have got the reference number with me but can't seem to find a site where I can order one - can anyone help?
Dude, there's nothing stingy about it - I've got around 14 suits in total and I screwed up the trousers for this one which is still new and there's no point buying another suit if I can just get the trousers.
